We always recommend contacting the Seller directly with enquiries about products, orders, deliveries, and returns, as they’ll be able to advise you best.
Before contacting the Seller, we’d advise you to check out their 'Seller Profile Page', as this may answer your question quicker. To do this, click 'View Profile' beside their name on the product page where it says ‘Sold By’ or click their brand logo. You'll find this underneath the product title. Alternatively, you can reach their Seller Profile Page and storefront by clicking 'Seller' in the main navigation and selecting from the Sellers listed.
Product Questions and Order Enquiries
If you have a product question or order enquiry, you can contact the Seller via the product page or main navigation, as described above. Once you have reached the Seller's Brand Profile Page and storefront, scroll down the page and complete the ‘Ask a Question’ form. If your question relates to a specific product or order, please cite the product name or order number in your message.
Forgotten Who Your Seller Is?
If you have already placed an order but have forgotten who the Seller is, go to your 'My Account' page of the BETIKO LIVING website. Click on 'My Orders' in the left menu. Identify the order and click 'View'. You will see beside each item ordered, who the Seller is. You can also find out who the Seller is by going to your 'Order Confirmation' email.
Delivery and Returns Questions
For delivery and returns questions, check out the Seller's Shipping and Return Policy. You'll find this towards the bottom of the Seller's Profile Page and storefront.
Please note: BETIKO LIVING is an online marketplace, so we don’t sell anything ourselves. Therefore we are unable to provide detailed information about products or advise on delivery and returns beyond what is listed on the site. If you’re aware of products that break the law or violate BETIKO LIVING's terms, please report these to us at services@betikoliving.com.

Track My Order
You can track your order once it has been despatched. Check out the FAQ- . 'Can I track my order'
Seller's Shipping Policy
If your order has not yet been despatched, you can find general delivery times for each Seller on their Brand Profile Page and Storefront. You can reach this by clicking 'Seller' in the main navigation and selecting from those listed.
Please note: While your order should arrive within the delivery window provided, please bear in mind that the dates are an estimate given by the Vendor’s courier company. If your order hasn’t arrived within the specified time frame, please see the FAQ, My order is late - where is it?
In most cases, you can! Some Sellers may use Royal Mail and other un-tracked services. For details of delivery options see each Sellers' shipping details in their 'Seller's Profile Page'.
There are two ways you can access the tracking system for your order:
Emailed Information
When your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation and an order invoice. Once the supplier has confirmed your order, you will receive an email confirming your order has been shipped. If the supplier has a shipment tracking service, you will receive an email confirming your tracking details when this is available.
My Account Area
Once your order is on its way, you can also track your delivery by logging in to your 'My Account' area on the BETIKO LIVING website. Click on 'My Orders' in the left menu. This opens a new page. Locate the order and click ‘View’. This takes you to a page where you will find a 'Track this shipment' link and a tracking number.
Please note: If there is a problem and your delivery doesn't arrive, go to the FAQ, My order is late - where is it?
The first thing you should do is check out the Returns Policy of the Seller you bought your items from. You can find this at the bottom of the product page and in each Seller's Profile Page. Get here by clicking 'Sellers' in the main navigation and selecting the Seller from those listed. Once you have reached the Seller's Profile Page, scroll down the page. You'll find their Returns Policy towards the bottom of the page.
To request a return pre-shipment, please send an enquiry to the seller. For guidance on how to do this, check out the FAQ - How do I contact the seller? In the enquiry, reference your order number and the reason you would like to cancel your order. The seller will then get back to you and confirm your cancellation.
For guest customers, please send your enquiry to Betiko Living, please see FAQ- How do I contact Betiko Living. Please include your order number, the product, how many products (if necessary) and we will pass your enquiry on to the relevant Suppliers.
Track My Shipment
If your order hasn't arrived yet, the first thing to do is track your shipment. Find out how to do this in the FAQ- Can I track my order?
If the tracking system says you should have received your order and you haven't, please contact the Seller of the item you ordered. They organise the shipment of goods and can advise you on what happens next.

To get a VAT invoice, contact the Seller you ordered from directly. Find out how to do this in the FAQ How do I contact the Seller?
The best thing to do is to contact the Seller you ordered from directly - they’ll be able to advise you. Find out how to do this in the FAQ -How do I contact the Seller? If you have forgotten who the Seller is, go to your 'My Account' page of the BETIKO LIVING website. Click on 'My Orders' in the left menu. Identify the order and click 'View'. You will see beside each item ordered, who the Seller is.

Once you’ve found a product you’d like to buy, simply click the ‘Add To Your Basket’ button on the product page or as you browsing through each category. When you have finished adding items to your basket click on the shopping bag icon at the top of the screen. This opens a pop-up window where you can choose to click 'Go to Checkout' or 'View and Edit Basket'.
Go to Checkout
When you click 'Go to Checkout' you are taken straight to the checkout page. If you have an account but have not logged in yet you will be prompted to log in. Alternatively, you can proceed as a guest. You will be given the option of creating an account at the end of the checkout process. You will also be able to subscribe to receive fantastic deals and promotions.
The simple checkout process takes you through entering your shipping address, your choice of shipping method, then your payment method. You can choose to pay by card or Google Pay. Once you have chosen your method of payment and entered your card details you'll be asked to confirm your billing address and review your order. Please note - It is your responsibility to make sure you enter your address correctly. Then just click 'Place Order'.
Once you’ve paid, that’s it! We’ll confirm your order via email and let you know when the Seller has despatched your items. So just sit back, relax and wait for your order to arrive. Don’t forget to review us and let others know you enjoyed your shopping experience!

It rarely happens, but sometimes our Sellers may not have recently updated their stock levels on our website. On these occasions, they may have to cancel your order.
To find out if a warranty is available for the item you are interested in, you should contact the Seller. Check out the FAQ - How do I contact the Seller, to find out how.
You can set up a BETIKO LIVING account by clicking 'Create an Account' at the top of the website if you are using a laptop or desktop computer. If you're using a mobile device, you'll find the 'Create an Account' link in the 'Account' area of the main menu. Simply fill out the form and click ‘Create an Account’. Alternatively, simply place your first order and you'll be given the option to create an account at the end of the checkout process.
With a BETIKO LIVING account, you’ll be able to:
Make sure you’re using the correct email address and password. You can create a new password by clicking on 'Log In' at the top of the website. This will take you to a page where registered customers can sign in. Click the button, 'Forgot Your Password' to reset set it or create a new one.

Please note that once your account has been deleted it cannot be reinstated.

You can create a new password for your account by clicking on 'Log In' at the top of the website. This will take you to a page where registered customers can sign in. Click the button, 'Forgot Your Password'.Then enter your email address and type in the letters and numbers you see in the CAPTCHA image. If this isn't legible click the 'Reload Captcha' button until you can decipher what is shown. Once you have added the CAPTCHA successfully click 'Reset my Password' and we will send a reset link to your email address.

You can unsubscribe to newsletters from your account page. Click on 'Newsletter Subscriptions' in the left-hand menu of your 'My Account' page. Then click unsubscribe.

Your payment details are handled and protected by our payment providers. Every transaction you make through BETIKO LIVING is protected with data encryption and monitored to prevent fraud, email phishing, and identity theft.
As a registered customer, you can request your data at any time by simply logging into your account and visiting 'My Account' settings. On the left hand menu, go to 'Privacy Settings'. Enter your password and download your data. An Excel document will pop up with all your data.

If you are a registered customer and your item is eligible for return, go to your 'My Account' area on the BETIKO LIVING website. Then click on 'My Returns' in the left menu. This opens a new page. Click 'Request a New Return' and select the order from the drop down, then click 'Apply'. You will need to check the information is correct, select the reason you wish to return the item, select the condition of the product, and select your preferred resolution.
If you chose to use our guest customer checkout route. Please send your request to Betiko Living, please see the FAQ- How do I contact Betiko Living? Please list your oder number, the product you would like to return, the quantity if applicable, the reason for return and the condition of item.
Your returns request will now be sent to the Seller. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your returns request. You will later receive an email confirming whether your request has been accepted. The Seller will then supply information about methods of returning or collecting the goods.
Once a refund has been processed by the Seller, the money should be refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 working days, although this can take up to 30 days for credit/debit cards depending on who you bank with.
You can check the status of your refund in your ‘My Account’ area of the BETIKO LIVING website by clicking ‘My Returns’.
BETIKO LIVING is an online marketplace: we connect you with Sellers of beautiful homewares goods and hopefully inspire you along the way.
This means you place your order with the Seller. All payments on BETIKO LIVING are processed and secured by Stripe and Google Pay. We never handle your money; your payment moves securely from you directly to the Seller, processed by Stripe, or Google Pay.
You can pay for your order with a variety of payment methods. You can use most major credit and debit cards, and you can use Google Pay if it is set up on your device.
Yes, our Sellers will arrange delivery to your address. There may be some rare exceptions. In such cases, the Seller will contact you and let know. You will find shipment details at the bottom of each product detail page and all Seller's Brand Profile Pages and storefronts.
Please note - It is your responsibility to make sure you enter your delivery address correctly.
With BETIKO LIVING there are no hidden costs at checkout. Delivery is FREE for all products on our website.
